About TachoPay
TachoPay is a prepaid mobile airtime, data, and bill payment marketplace from One91 Network Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-registered company helping the diaspora keep their families connected across South and Southeast Asia.
Migrants in Singapore — and there are over a million of them — top up family phones back home every week. A working phone matters: it's how parents, kids, and partners stay reachable, receive an OTP, or pay a bill on time.
Existing topup apps add a 3-5% spread on top of the exchange rate, hide it inside the conversion, and leave the buyer wondering what they actually paid. We built TachoPay to do it differently: a transparent flat service fee, the wholesale FX rate visible upfront, and the airtime delivered in seconds.
We launched as a B2C app for Singapore-based buyers, then opened a reseller portal for the corner-shop owner who serves walk-in customers. Both run on the same fulfillment engine, the same operator integrations, the same settlement rails.
