Use this form to request permanent deletion of your TachoPay account and the personal data associated with it.
What happens when you submit this request
Will be deleted
- Your profile (name, email, phone number, KYC documents)
- Your saved recipient contacts
- Your device tokens and sessions
- Marketing preferences and notification settings
Will be retained (legal & compliance)
- Transaction records — kept for 7 years as required by Singapore AML/CFT regulations and tax law (MAS Notice 626).
- Anonymised audit logs for fraud prevention.
- Account balance — any unused prepaid balance from card payments may be eligible for refund to your original card per our Refund Policy. Contact support before submitting this form.
Timeline
Deletion is processed within 30 days of request. You'll receive an email confirmation when complete.
